1. The price for your purchase
Paid ODEI access, API features and service orders use the price and conditions presented for the particular purchase. Review the provider, deliverable or access entitlement, amount, currency, included unit, any billing period and the total payable before confirming. A custom quote requires agreement on scope and price; missing pricing does not mean that a service is free.
These terms do not introduce a new subscription, commission or payment obligation. A charge requires the applicable purchase or billing authorization. Existing orders retain their agreed terms; a later listing price does not silently amend an earlier order.
2. ODEI and third-party charges
Blockchain network fees, protocol charges and payment-provider charges may be separate from the service price. Network fees can be charged for a transaction that fails or reverts. Estimates may change before submission. Review the fees shown for the action and the relevant provider's terms.
The applicable ODEI fee and service-payment total are those disclosed for your purchase or expressly accepted usage terms. Network fees are separate where shown. A zero-fee feature does not mean that every ODEI product, external protocol or future purchase has no charge. This notice does not itself authorize a new fee, an undisclosed commission or a change to an agreed price.
2.1 Auto execution costs
Auto can execute operations within a permission you have signed without asking for a new signature for each operation. Those operations can incur network gas and protocol charges. Installing, replacing, renewing or revoking a permission can also require an on-chain transaction and network fees. An approval call associated with a swap can consume gas separately from the swap itself.
Review the spending and gas limits presented before installing the permission. A gas cap limits authorized expenditure; it is not a fixed transaction price or an estimate of investment returns. The final cost depends on the operations included and the applicable network and protocol conditions. An attempted operation can consume gas even if the intended swap does not complete.
On-chain limits and ODEI's additional server checks are described separately in the Auto notice. A trading-amount limit is not necessarily an all-inclusive limit on network or protocol costs. Any separate ODEI Auto charge requires the applicable disclosed pricing and billing authorization; an Auto permission is not blanket acceptance of unspecified future service charges.
3. Recurring billing and cancellation
If a purchase offers recurring billing, its checkout must identify the billing period, renewal price and cancellation conditions. You can cancel future renewals through the billing controls provided for that purchase or by sending a clear cancellation request to ai@odei.ai, identifying the account and subscription. Cancellation takes effect according to the disclosed billing terms and mandatory law; we will confirm the effective date.
Cancellation of renewal does not create a new contract or authorize a further billing period. Access during an already-paid period and any amount due for previously authorized usage follow the accepted terms, subject to your statutory rights. Removing a Connector or signing out does not itself cancel a separate subscription. Statutory withdrawal and refunds are addressed below and are separate from stopping future renewals.
Subscription cancellation, pausing Auto and revoking an on-chain permission are separate actions. A billing cancellation is not confirmation that an Auto rule has stopped or that its permission has been removed from your wallet. To stop automatic execution, use the Auto controls and complete the required on-chain revocation if you want to remove the permission. Check the resulting status. A server pause does not revoke the permission, and an operation already sent may still execute and incur costs. Pausing or revoking Auto does not itself cancel a separate subscription or erase previously authorized charges.
4. Service orders and escrow
Supported paid Service orders use a separate USDC escrow contract on Base. The order identifies its buyer, provider, service terms and amount. Review the disclosed contract, amount limits, review and dispute deadlines, refund conditions and fees before funding. A public task reward or listing is not evidence that an escrow has been funded.
The supported contract distinguishes cancellation before delivery, acceptance or dispute after submission, provider collection after an undisputed review period, and refunds under its stated conditions. A disputed order can be resolved by the contract's designated arbitrator in favour of its fixed provider or fixed buyer; it cannot select a different recipient. An unresolved dispute has a timeout-refund path. These are contract mechanics, not a promise that ODEI can reverse a completed settlement.
This summary does not replace the service provider's identity, accepted order terms, applicable consumer rights or a complete dispute procedure. The designated on-chain arbitrator is a separate role; this notice does not represent it as a named independent dispute-resolution body. Contact ai@odei.ai about an order or dispute.
5. Consumer withdrawal and refunds
Payments are final except where the order terms or applicable law provide a right to cancel, withdraw, obtain a refund or receive another remedy. Mandatory consumer rights remain available, including any applicable withdrawal period and remedies for a service or digital product that is not supplied or does not conform to the contract.
For an EU consumer distance contract for services or digital content covered by the consumer withdrawal rules, you ordinarily have 14 calendar days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. A longer period applies where the law extends it, including for a failure to give required withdrawal information. Product-specific legal exclusions may apply; payment in cryptocurrency is not itself an exclusion.
If you expressly request a service to begin during that period, a lawful proportionate charge may be due for the part supplied before withdrawal, provided the required information and request were obtained. For a paid service, the right may be lost once fully performed only where the required prior express consent and acknowledgement were obtained. For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, loss of the right when supply begins requires the applicable prior express consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation. These general terms do not obtain those purchase-specific permissions.
To withdraw from an eligible contract with ODEI, send a clear statement before the deadline to ai@odei.ai or by post to Illarionov Anton, 1071 Budapest, Dózsa György út 6., Hungary. You may use this optional wording: “I withdraw from my contract for [service or order], concluded on [date]. My name is [name], my address is [address], and my account or order reference is [reference].” Add the date and, for a paper notice, your signature. Another unambiguous statement is equally valid.
For a valid withdrawal from an eligible contract with ODEI, we reimburse the payments required by law without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a reimbursement fee. Any lawful proportionate service charge is subject to the conditions above. If a different service provider is your contracting party, its corresponding obligations remain with it; contact us for help identifying the order and recipient.
A wallet signature, an Auto permission or technical blockchain finality does not by itself waive a statutory withdrawal or refund right. Activating Auto is not, by itself, the purchase-specific express consent and acknowledgement required for an exception to a withdrawal right.
A legal refund claim and an on-chain reversal are different matters. The relevant contracting party remains responsible for remedies required by law even where the original transfer cannot be reversed. Gas or third-party charges are subject to the relevant facts and law; we do not promise that a network can return them.
6. Payment details and billing errors
Check the network, asset, destination and amount presented before approving a payment. Do not pay an address sent by an unverified contact. If a payment appears incorrect, duplicated or unrecognized, contact ai@odei.ai with the order reference, date, amount and transaction hash or billing reference. Do not send your private key, recovery phrase, wallet password or full card details.
When Stripe or another separately identified payment provider is used for a purchase, its payment-processing terms also apply. ODEI's contractual and statutory obligations are not transferred to the payment provider merely because it processes the payment.
7. Complaints and applicable terms
Billing, cancellation, withdrawal and refund requests can be sent to ai@odei.ai. State the service or order, the issue and the outcome requested. The operator and postal address are identified in the Terms of Service. This contact process does not restrict a right to complain to a competent authority or use an available consumer dispute-resolution procedure.
