Availability depends on the service and your location
ODEI is operated from Hungary. Public access to this website does not mean that every ODEI feature, asset or connected protocol is offered or permitted in every country. Availability can depend on residence, physical location, the relevant transaction, the asset, provider conditions and applicable law.
These documents do not declare that DeFi is legal everywhere, that all ODEI activities are unregulated, or that non-custodial software is exempt from every financial-services rule. A service must be assessed by what it actually does and who controls it.
Auto availability and supported operations
Auto is a separate execution feature with its own eligibility and technical requirements. Its current supported scope is eligible Uniswap v3 swaps on Base, using the reviewed contracts and pools and any necessary bounded approval calls. This does not make every asset, liquidity pool, network, wallet operation or DeFi protocol eligible for Auto. A Manual operation that the wallet can prepare may still require your own signature.
Access to the Auto interface does not activate an execution permission. You must configure a supported rule, review its limits and sign the installation transaction. Execution also requires a verified active permission, a matching proposal, supported wallet state, sufficient funds and gas, current checks and an available signing and submission service. A rule may be visible while it is awaiting installation, paused, expired, being revoked or unable to execute.
Where Auto is offered, access does not promise uninterrupted execution for every account, transaction or location. The service, network and protocol conditions still apply. A public website response or an available Connector is not confirmation that the separate Auto signing service can execute for a particular wallet. Consult the current rule and operation status in your account.
ODEI may pause affected Auto execution during maintenance, a security incident, a failed check or a relevant legal or provider restriction. A pause or loss of access to ODEI does not itself remove a permission already installed on-chain. Read the pause and revocation information and preserve your wallet recovery material.
Conditions for access
- You must have legal capacity and authority to enter the applicable agreement and perform the requested operation.
- Your use must comply with the laws that apply to you and the transaction, including applicable sanctions, export restrictions and rules for financial activities.
- You must also meet the eligibility and use conditions of connected AI applications, wallets, protocols and other providers.
- Do not provide false location or identity information or bypass a restriction imposed for legal or security reasons.
ODEI may restrict a service, connection, asset or operation where required by law, a provider condition or a substantiated security concern. Where applicable, we will provide the notice, reasons and remedies required by law. A restriction on a hosted interface does not itself revoke your on-chain permissions or guarantee cancellation of an operation already released.
Our responsibilities and yours
You are responsible for using services lawfully and for your own reporting and tax duties. ODEI remains responsible for the obligations that applicable law places on ODEI. These terms do not transfer a provider’s licensing or compliance duties to a user.
A software label, the ability to connect a wallet, or a small transaction limit is not regulatory authorization. Connected providers can make their own availability decisions.

Contact ai@odei.ai with the country and feature concerned. Do not send private keys or recovery phrases. Until an applicable restriction is resolved, do not use workarounds to access the restricted feature.
