References to “ODEI”, “we”, “us” and “our” in these documents mean this operator. ODEI is the product and brand name, not a separate contracting company.

What these documents cover

This is the central legal directory for ODEI-operated services, including my.odei.ai, network.odei.ai, api.odei.ai, ODEI Connectors, and the app.odei.ai, community.odei.ai and daorg.odei.ai services where available. These documents cover the described services across those addresses.

ODEI develops non-custodial wallet software and provides hosted preparation, backup, coordination and execution infrastructure. You retain your wallet's owner key and choose transaction objectives, proposal sources and permissions. The Wallet and Auto execution interfaces do not independently select an investment strategy or provide personalised investment recommendations. Their tools and operational data are not promises of suitability or return.

In Manual, the owner reviews and releases a signed operation. With Auto, where available, the owner separately grants a restricted permission to an ODEI-operated signing key. ODEI can then sign and submit matching operations without a fresh owner signature for each one. The Wallet & Connectors Notice and Auto Rules & Permissions describe both flows, the limits of the delegated authority and revocation.

ODEI combines software on your device with hosted accounts, storage and service infrastructure. Local-first design does not mean that all information remains on your device. The Privacy Notice explains the hosted processing. The software description does not classify every associated function as unregulated; applicable duties depend on the service actually provided.

Versions & existing agreements

Each document identifies its revision date. Earlier documents are retained for reference. Publication at a new address does not itself amend an existing agreement, waive a right or change an earlier effective date. Applicable notice and agreement requirements continue to apply.
